Cutting-edge cuisine and cocktails are at the core of chef Ryan Clift's boundary-pushing gastro-bar, a space that regularly features on Asia's 50 Best Bars list. Diners encounter cocktails such as the ‘Umami Bomb’ during the tasting menu, which incorporates tequila, dill, plum, citrus and beer, served alongside langoustine, kohlrabi, dashi cream, ikura and shiso. The bar itself, following on from its edible cocktail menu, currently features a collector's edition fragrance menu created in collaboration with perfume house International Flavors & Fragrances.
