The Cambridge Public House

Paris, France

The Cambridge Public House was founded by three friends, who have taken their favourite parts of two distinct genres of bar and combined them to make something rather special. As the name suggests, the primary inspiration is the great British pub, with a simple interior, laid-back service and even screens for sports, but the drinks are definitely straight out of a cocktail bar. Try the Big in Japan, which mixes shiitake infused gin, white vermouth, fino sherry and aquavit, for a complex and seriously savoury twist on the Martini. There's also a choice of classic British bar snacks, think pies, pasties and sausage rolls, made using the best French ingredients.
