Santiago newcomer Sweet & Sour has been making a splash since it opened in 2021, with its equal focus between cocktails and cuisine. With some big industry names behind it, expectations have been high, and it’s safe to say that they’ve been met, as the team finds balance between flavours, and interesting pairings of drinks with the inventive dishes on offer. Expect to find exciting new combinations, not only within the dishes and cocktails themselves, but as they’re paired together too. Given the bar’s name, you can’t go wrong with a Sour, the bar’s Peruvian Sour in particular. The atmosphere here is relaxed and approachable, inviting guests to experiment and enjoy themselves, whether at the bar or on the terrace.
