Poised in The Standard building on Copenhagen’s quayside, Studio majors in modern Scandinavian food with an international edge. Led by chef Christoffer Sørensen, previously of Dragsholm Slot, menus follow a creative, light-but-intense philosophy. Representative plates include a pretty pea and mint tart, monkfish with sauce vierge and gooseberry pavlova. Mid-century furniture, clean lines and harbour views provide the backdrop.
