My name is Andrew Eastman and I would like to share my outsourcing experience with everyone. To begin with I was very skeptical in the whole BPO process and all the negative talk about how bad it is. I looked past all the negative factors and went forth with this anyways, especially after hearing that 77% of major U.S companies are out sourcing, this includes about 90% of fortune 500 companies. So please bare with me and use this information as you wish.
Pull marketing is your answer. Call centers try to push themselves too hard when they are selling brands. They are oblivious to the distaste of their targeted consumers in receiving such calls. The same happens to online lead generation campaigns. You find that your agents are not getting into any sort of communication with the users. They are simply pushing links across, expecting strangers to click on those links and buy your client’s products/services. That is akin to expecting people to click on arbitrary web links. It’s a lot better when you conduct sales generation campaigns that bring them to you. Make sure that you’re not reaching out to the consumers. Rather, be active and create that buzz. That will bring people to your brand.
7) Using the wrong or too many fonts. When you use different sizes and colors of letters on your webpage you need to have a real reason. When you highlight or underline text on your webpage you need to have a logical reason.

Ah, I hear many of you saying, but what about laptops? True, laptops today are more about package design and the engineering far more complex.
