Wedding cake pricing

Shelly's Country Cakes does not have a general price list because each cake is one of a kind works of art. Pricing is based on the complexity of your chosen design and the time invested in it's creation as well as the number of servings your cake yields.

The price per serving (person) starts at $3.25 for buttercream iced wedding cakes.

The price per serving starts at $4.25 for fondant iced wedding cakes. Additional $.25 per serving for fillings.

Because of the time and care Shelly's Country Cakes gives to each order a minimal order of $400.00 is required on all cakes.

Additional charges may include:

• Kitchen cakes or sheet cakes
• Sugarpaste or chocolate detailing and embellishments
• Hand painting, stencilling and scrollwork techniques
• Atypical shapes and constructions
• Sculpturing
• Color matching
• Specialty cakes
• Seasonal fruits
• Mints

Cupcake pricing

Shelly's Country Cakes accepts cupcake orders on a limited basis. The price per cupcake starts at $2.50. Additional $.25 per cupcake for filling.

Additional charges may include:

• Custom embellishments
• Cupcake stand rental

Delivery

Transportation fees are calculated per mile from Shelly's Country Cakes bakeshop to the reception location. Charges are determined at the time of event.

Deposits

At the time of your wedding cake order, a deposit of $100.00 is due which will be applied toward the cost of the cake. This non-refundable deposit guarantees your day is reserved. Bookings are made on a first come, first basis. Shelly's Country Cakes accepts a limited number of weddings per weekend.

A cake equipment/rental deposit of $100.00 is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Payment

Final balance of wedding cake order must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.

Shelly's Country Cakes does not accept credit cards, however, personal checks, money orders and cash are fine.
